Each resident who will be living in the apartment will be required to fill out an application. The application fee is $45 per applicant and is non-refundable. Guarantors and or co-signers will be required to fill out an application as well. Use the Apply Now<\/a><\/strong> link and fill out form accordingly.<\/p>\nSecurity Deposit:<\/h3>\n
Security deposits generally are one full month\u2019s rent to two times one month\u2019s rent. This is dependent on your credit score. In some cases, a cosigner or guarantor may be required.<\/p>\n
Your security deposit is held in escrow and returned to you within 60 days of your lease ending minus and fees \/ damages incurred. Common deductions are carpet cleaning \/ replacement, wall repairs and cleaning. Security deposits cannot<\/em> be used towards first month\u2019s rent or last month\u2019s rent.<\/p>\nPets & Pet Fees:<\/h3>\n
Pets are welcome! College 830 has no size or weight restrictions however we do have some breed restrictions. Please check with your Property Manager if you have any concerns. (2 pets max.)<\/p>\n

Parking Options \/ Fees:<\/h3>\n
College 830 offers both covered and uncovered reserved parking for residents.<\/p>\n

- Uncovered Parking: $60 per month<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
The City of Fort Collins also offers parking permits for residents at no charge in Zone 8. You can apply for a permit online at: www.fcgov.com\/parking <\/span><\/a><\/strong><\/p>\nCable & Internet:<\/h3>\n
Cable and internet is not included. Residents will need to set up cable and or internet with a provider of their choice. Some common providers are Century Link and Comcast \/Xfinity.<\/p>\n
Onsite Storage:<\/h3>\n
At this time, College 830 does not<\/em> offer onsite storage units for residents.<\/p>\nBike Storage:<\/h3>\n
There is complimentary bike storage located in the parking area for all residents.<\/p>\n
Utilities:<\/h3>\n
There is a flat fee for each unit for trash, recycling, sewage and water.<\/p>\n
Electric is billed to each resident \/ unit separately through the City of Fort Collins Utilities. Prior to moving in, you will be required to set up your electric account with the City of Fort Collins. You can set up your account online at www.fcgov.com\/utilities<\/strong><\/a> or by calling 970-212-2900<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\nRenters Insurance:<\/h3>\n
Renters Insurance is not required but strongly<\/em> suggested.<\/p>\nHow to Pay Rent:<\/h3>\n
You may use your resident account to pay rent. Simply select the \u201cResident Login\u201d tab to login into your online account. Please note, each unit can only have one active online account. Residents with roommates may share the same login info, but multiple accounts cannot be issued.
