Application Process / Fees:

Each resident who will be living in the apartment will be required to fill out an application. The application fee is $45 per applicant and is non-refundable. Guarantors and or co-signers will be required to fill out an application as well. Use the Apply Now link and fill out form accordingly.

Security Deposit:

Security deposits are anywhere from half a month’s rent to two times one month’s rent. This is dependent on your credit score. In some cases, a cosigner or guarantor may be required.

Your security deposit is held in escrow and returned to you within 60 days of your lease ending minus and fees / damages incurred. Common deductions are carpet cleaning / replacement, wall repairs and cleaning. Security deposits can not be used towards first month’s rent or last month’s rent.

Pets & Pet Fees:

Pets are welcome! Cruise has no size or weight restrictions however we do have some breed restrictions. Please check with your Property Manager if you have any concerns. 2 pets max.

  • Pet Fee: $300, non-refundable
  • Pet Rent: $35, per pet / per month

Parking Options / Fees:

Cruise Apartments offers reserved parking for residents.

  • Uncovered Parking: $45 per month
  • Covered Parking: N/A

Street parking is also available.

Cable & Internet:

Internet in included however cable is not. Residents will need to set up cable with a provider of their choice. Some common providers are Century Link and Comcast/Xfinity. Google Web Pass is also available for high speed internet.

Onsite Storage:

Cruise Apartments offers additional onsite storage.

  • Small: $30 per month
  • Med: $50 per month
  • Large: $70 per month

Bike Storage:

There is complimentary onsite bike storage both inside Cruise as well as by the front and back doors.

Utilities:

Electric is billed to each resident / unit separately through Xcel Energy. Prior to moving in, you will be required to set up your electric account with Xcel Energy, you can do this by using their website www.xcelenergy.com or calling 800-895-4999.

Trash, recycling, sewage, water, heat and communal electric is billed through Minol, a third party company. Cruise Management will set this account up for you.

Renters Insurance:

Renters Insurance is not required but strongly suggested.

How to Pay Rent:

You may use your resident account to pay rent. Simply select the Resident Login link to login into your online account. Please note, each unit can only have one active online account. Residents with roommates may share the same login info, but multiple accounts cannot be issued. If you need assistance with setting up your account, please contact our offices at 720-577-1395 or email us at info@cruisemgmt.com.

You may drop a payment off to the office or you may also mail a check made out to Cruise Management, PO BOX 18643, Boulder CO 80308. Be sure to include your unit and property to ensure prompt processing. PLEASE DO NOT MAIL OR LEAVE CASH OR MONEY ORDERS.

At this time we do not accept credit card payments.

Maintenance Requests:

Please email us at info@cruisemgmt.com to place maintenance requests. You may also use your Resident Login in to place requests as well. Please be sure to include your name, unit, property and contact phone number to reach you so we can schedule with you.
