Application Process / Fees:
Each resident who will be living in the apartment will be required to fill out an application. The application fee is $45 per applicant and is non-refundable. Guarantors and or co-signers will be required to fill out an application as well. Use the Apply Now link and fill out form accordingly.
Security deposits are anywhere from half a month’s rent to two times one month’s rent. This is dependent on your credit score. In some cases, a cosigner or guarantor may be required.
Your security deposit is held in escrow and returned to you within 60 days of your lease ending minus any fees / damages incurred. Common deductions are carpet cleaning / replacement, wall repairs and cleaning. Security deposits cannot be used towards first months rent or last months rent.
Pets & Pet Fees:
Pets are welcome! Mill House has no size or weight restrictions however we do have some breed restrictions. Please check with your Property Manager if you have any concerns. (2 pets max.)
Pet Fee: $300, non-refundable
Pet Rent: $35, per pet / per month
Parking Options / Fees:
Mill House offers both covered and uncovered reserved parking for residents.
Covered Parking: $80 per month / Uncovered Parking: $60 per month
The City of Fort Collins also offers parking permits for residents at no charge. You can apply for a permit online at: www.fcgov.com/parking
Cable & Internet:
Internet is provided to Residents at no charge. Each unit is provided with their own modem.
Cable in not included. Residents will need to set up cable with a provider of their choice. Some common providers are Century Link and Comcast /Xfinity.
At this time, Mill House does NOT offer onsite storage units for residents.
Trash, recycling, sewage and water is billed as a monthly flat fee.
Electric is billed to each resident / unit separately through the City of Fort Collins Utilities. Prior to moving in, you will be required to set up your electric account with the City of Fort Collins. You can set up your account online at www.fcgov.com/utilities or by calling 970-212-2900.
Renters Insurance is not required but strongly suggested.
How to Pay Rent:
You may use your resident account to pay rent. Simply select the Resident Login link to login into your online account. Please note, each unit can only have one active online account. Residents with roommates may share the same login info, but multiple accounts cannot be issued. If you need assistance with setting up your account please contact our offices at 720-577-1395 or email us at email@example.com.
You may also mail a check made out to Cruise Management, PO BOX 18643, Boulder CO 80308. Please be sure to include your unit and property to ensure prompt processing. PLEASE DO NOT MAIL CASH OR MONEY ORDERS.
At this time we do not accept credit card payments.
